The 8 Style Roots
Below is a representation of each of the 8 style roots so you can get a feel for how they work. This is how you want to present yourself to the world! If you want to be seen as a strong and capable person in all spheres of your life, you might pick 'mountain'. If you want to be seen like someone who is dark or gothic you might pick 'moon'. If you want to be seen as feminine and sexy you might pick 'fire'. There are many aesthetics/trends/fashions encompassed within each of these descriptors that change. There is enormous range within each type and the photos below are not the only way that each root can be manifested.
Moon
Moon can be described as dark and rebellious. It is inspired by night time, decay and chaos.
Sun
Sun can be described as creative, wild and experimental. It is inspired by bright summer, tropical locations and play.
